Refunds and Returns Policy for ANYAA Jewelry

1. Returns
a. You have 30 days to return an item from the delivery date.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
c. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at anya_sarocha@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds
a. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping
a. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
b. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges
a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in returning the original item and placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
b. Photographic evidence may be required to process a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items.

6. Non-Returnable Items
a. Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made items.
b. Sale items are also non-returnable.
